Kirkya Liong's Terms & Conditions

Kirkya liong is an online betting and gaming platform serving residents of Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Kirkya liong ("we", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "Member").

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall take precedence. However, the Bengali translation is kept up to date for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.

Kirkya liong reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or SMS, and a notice will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

• These terms and conditions apply to all Kirkya liong products and services.
• Individual games or promotions may carry their own separate terms, which apply alongside these main terms and conditions.
• No agreement with Kirkya liong may be transferred to a third party.

To open an account with Kirkya liong, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. By completing the registration process, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, email address, phone number, or payment method.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Kirkya liong may verify your identity at any time after registration. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

If we have evidence that a member is a minor, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided. Any deposited funds will not be returned in such cases.

General Bonus Terms:

• To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to complete a wagering requirement of 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period (typically 7 to 30 days) after being claimed will expire.
• A second bonus cannot be activated while another is still in progress, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• There may be a maximum stake limit on bets placed with bonus funds.

Welcome Bonus:

• New members are eligible for a special welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• The welcome bonus is issued once only.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or referrals may result in all associated accounts being closed.

• Odds Changes: If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the member will be notified and given the option to place the bet at the new odds or cancel it.
• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets are generally voided and stakes returned.

• In-Play Betting: During live betting, placing bets may be temporarily suspended at certain moments, such as during ball delivery.
• System Errors: Kirkya liong reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors.
• Maximum Payout: There may be a maximum payout limit per event, which can vary by market.

Kirkya liong's betting rules follow international standards, and all outcomes are verified through official third-party sources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kirkya liong. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Placing automated bets using software or algorithms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to complete KYC verification using a false identity or another person's documents.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or using other members' personal information.

Kirkya liong may close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (typically 12 months) on the account.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Members can contact support at any time to close their account. Before closure, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, unless an investigation is currently in progress.

A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts and will be deducted from the account balance.

Kirkya liong is not responsible for the following:

• Bets cancelled or missed due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Financial losses from betting — wagering always carries risk.
• Account losses resulting from your device being hacked or your password being stolen.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

Kirkya liong's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total value of the transaction in question.
